Italy should do more on the sanctions' implementation: Kyiv

Constructive partner, but peculiarities on exports to Turkey

23 September, 14:18

(ANSA) - KYIV, 23 SET - "Italy has always been a constructive partner on sanctions imposed on Russia; however, there is room for improvement in the implementation of restrictive measures and the fight against circumvention." This is what Vladyslav Vlasiuk, sanctions advisor to the Office of the President of Ukraine, secretary of the International Working Group on Russian Sanctions, and Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Task Force, says in an interview with ANSA.
"We detect," he argues, "some peculiarities in your export to Turkey, and we believe more can be done on the enforcement side." (ANSA).
